Good Desicion....Its been 5 months of having your car down, I would be pulling my hair by now. You seem to be holding up pretty well for your circumstance.

well startup has been postponed till tommorow morning. I put the motor mount on and then filled the motor w/ oil and all of a sudden i heard this dripping sound. Low and behold i look down and f###ing oil is dripping from the lower oil pan. It seems that i bent it a little when prying it off. I had to hammer it out a little and clean everything off and re-silicone it. I guess i will have another sleepless night

Wake up in the middle of the night and do it. Beer + no sleep + working on car = success.

I think i am in the clear. Car runs way smoother than it has been and shows i am getting 18hg of vaccum. I still have to see how it runs w/ the blower hooked up. I have to check and see if the vaccum drops alot w/ the new intercooler setup. If everything checks out i am going to go pick up my tial wastegate from the local speed shop and get that welded on so we can start tunning

the car is now back together but of course i have ran into a couple of issues.

1st issue
I am getting a random misfire code. We think it could be one of my injectors since my fuel trims on bank one and two vary by +25. Hopefully it is just something minor like a bad injector clip or something since my injectors are about $800 and have only been used for 6 months.

2nd issue
My damn blower pulley keeps coming loose. We heard a knock noise coming from the motor and thought it was rod knock since the noise was rpm dependant. It ended up just being the blower pulley being loose.

Hopefully tommorow i can finally get this thing up and running and get some pics of this sucker for you guys. It is really clean looking with the shiny intercooler pipes and the 2k4 engine cover

If you installed the emanage ignition harness, you probably need the diodes.
