Idea on what air fuel for the rpms

Ok im wondrering if someone would give a opion on what kind of air fuel to try to get at these rpms For the most power.
My mods are a dek engine
budget y pipe
and a shot ram air filter

im wonder for WOT
at 3000,4000,5000, when vi opens, 6000, and redline 6500

And with this set what kind of e/t do you think I can get with a 95 gxe?

13.0-13.5:1 is a good guideline...get it on a dyno, because every car is different.

mid 13's, and more emphasis should be put on advanced timing because you're breathing better.
