Most of us just don't have that kind of money to spend.
Truthfully I'd be fine with an equal length y-pipe.
Plus in any case, if manufacturers see an interest hopefully they will follow up.

Competition drives prices down. There's not enough interest in the community for there to be many different manufacturers. You see where I'm going with this...
Take what you can get. As for me, cattman headers are worth it and I'll be rocking a set when the time/money is right. I'm a "do it right the first time" kind of guy. I like my car (for what it is), and I like equal-length headers. Simple addition...

so i buy these for my '97 GLE and throw the y away. Then have a custom equal length y made? is that how i should go about doing this?
