And what headers?

They don't offer it to the general public just yet.. (please don't call and bug them, because you won't get anything out of them right now) but, I am working with them on this, and it is VERY close.. like.. within the next few weeks close.. Altima and Maxima 02/03 ECU's for now.. and 04+ with the new weatherpack connector should follow very soon. They already have the Spec V ECU cracked.. and are flash tuning Mike Kojima's time attack car.. The architecture is identical, so, it was just a matter of finding the right lines of code to change.

The headers are modified OBX uppers, and the y-pipe was hand-made by me..

JWT S1 cams?

edit: n/m saw the video says custom ground. So then I'll ask by whom, and to what specs?

They are slightly more aggressive than JWT's S1 cams.. 262* and 11mm lift. The ramp angles are closely patterned after JWT's camshafts, as JWT seems to have the most stable design, in keeping with the idea of not beating the stock springs to death.

I work with a wholesaler through Comp, and can get any profile that I want cut on billet blanks. We have experimented with QR25 camshafts for a while.. and I have a nice 9000rpm destroked QR running around on a single spring setup without any problems.

Ahhh yes. seems like my plans are being put on hold for now. im not too familiar with jwt ecu' s but i know it is a BIG difference for the 4th gens. around what price are they looking for the ecu? im guessing it would be the same as the reflash and we would have to ship it out. will there be different specs for ppl like me that have their flywheel and cams?

I've consistently run 12.80's-12.90's on a tiny 22x8" MT ET Drag tire.. With nothing more than a intake, headers/y-pipe and exhaust.

Stock springs and what is the rev limit going to be?

So JWT has finally cracked the 02/03 Maxima Ecu codes? What's your opinion of Technosquared reflashed Ecu's? Why was TS able to provide a ECU and JWT wasn't? Ive got a 1990 Maxima with a JWT reflash(almost finished with project) My other Maxima is a 03 Maxima auto...I was told be TS they don't offer the reflash for the automatic 02/03 Maxima anymore due to erractic program conflict was trans ecu. Will JWT reflashed Ecu's be for 6 spds and autos?

Very strange, did they tell you that personally? Are you sure they weren't referring to the A34? There have been 0 problems re: AT problems with the A33B. But there have been some problems w/ the A34 5AT's.

This is bad news if it is true. JWT is at times a PITA to deal with, whereas TS is not.

Yes, I was told that personally by the head engineer!
But they will still offer the 6 spd flashed ecu's! But they will flash your auto VQ35 but they did warn me of some sort of coflict in which the transmission computer was trying to shift the car earlier than the new programed 7100 rpm. I'm personally still gonna have it done but I wanted to datalog my 03 auto with headers so we can have a better idea where my Wot a/f is. I definitely want the throttle, fuel curve, ignition, speed limiter etc... reprogramed. I'm good with the stock redline .....

A34s seem to have a torque converter issue with the TS as I have heard.

Homeboy's got his wires crossed because there is no such problem on A33B's.

I'll call them again, maybe he was confused as to which Maxima I was speaking of.... I went and found/bought an I35 ECU w/traction control to use as the TS guinae pig! I was ready since I saw a 02 auto Maxima running a 13.7sec 1/4 mile, with a ypipe, air intake and TS ecu...WoW! It was minimal bolt on and this guy was looking good!

You do realize that you will need to get that ECU programmed to your key at Nissan? About 130$ for such a process.

The guys @ TS were gonna put my immobilizer codes in the donor ecu, so I was still gonna be down, cause I will have to send in both ecu's to TS! My purpose was gonna be for test comparisons on the dyno and with a Gtech! So I can see the real world benefits if any...

@ Gtech and real world. It's been dyno'd before, as well as data logged as to what parameters are altered and by how much.
