no its not, I'm going with a JBL 1200.1

 

Thats a good choice if you're only going to be running subs off it. Well, its a mono amp, so subs are the only thing you really can run off it, so when you say power your system, im assuming you only mean the subs. I have my amp powering my subs and my highs, so in that case the JL 300/4 is the better amp. The JBL 1200.1 is cheaper, so for subs only its a good choice. I'd highly recommend bridging the 300/4 JL though, or getting a JL 500.1 Its made $$$, but worth every cent.
