Me and my gf have the same changer. She got hers outta a 2001 Xterra for $200. I got mine outta a 2001 Altima for $90. It's plug and play (you'll need an antenna adaptor tho!) and sounds great...in fact, sounds better than the stock radio/tape!

As you can see, it's an in-dash 6cd changer with radio, dbl din. I relocated the pocket beneath my radio down a spot and threw out the pocket with the flip door.

simply put No. Has radio quality ever sounded like CD quality?...no...so your system will be as good as its weakest point, namely your FM output

depending on how picky you are, mp3 won't ever be "cd quality". There's a problem with the compression theory used. There's no sound above 16kHz. But for lotsa people, they don't notice.

OEM in-dash 6-CD changer, or 10/12 disc changer with FM modulated signal. Those are your options.

Why use a univeral RF changer on a Bose??

You can buy a Clarion (Nissan OEM) 6 disc changer for $145-$170 now. It works and sounds great. So why even bother with a universal, unless it is free or very cheap?
