FREEEEE Sirius Satellite System - mkeown@siriusradio.com

If you want this system....please call 1-800-466-9742 and use my name as the employee who referred you.

Hello Fellow Maxima owners. I am the SE District Sales Manager for Sirius Satellite Radio. I have the unique opportunity to give away Audiovox Sirius tuners. Installation runs about $80, but if you are technically inclined, it is pretty simple. I will also send the antenna.

Please go to www.audiovox.com to check out the unit. It is the FM modulated Sirius tuner. The unit does have RCA outputs for a direct connection. The only thing required is that you have it activated by March 26th. I have a form that you will need to fill out that has you credit card information that will be used for billing. The service is $12.95 a month.

60 commercial free music channels! Check it out at www.sirius.com and if you are interested, email me and I will responde with all of my information. I will also email the form to you and once I receive it back I will send the unit to you.

The last day I can send the units out is March 26th. So if you are interested, please contact me.

You can call me at 770-722-8610 or email me at mkeown@siriusradio.com

Excellent!!! Its great to hear that you like the service. I wish I had some Kenwood product, but with the free promo, they are hard to come by. I am offering the antenna as well with this deal. so you pretty much cant lose!

My email address is mkeown@siriusradio.com. My business number is 770-722-8610. I only have 10 units and I am sure that they will go quick.

Thanks for the response!

I'm not trying to start a sat war here.

I told a coworker of the deal this week. I knew he had XM in his suv, but didn't think he had it in his MAX. He went off shooting at the mouth about how Sirius is horrible and their channel selection is much worse than XM. Instead of arguing ignorantly, I asked here and got some info and then went to the other XM based message boards. I loaded up with info on how Sirius is a better service and provided it to him. He said the guy at Circuit City told him XM was better and that's that

Everyone has their opinions...whether based on hardware preferences or other reasons. The fact is, we offer 60 commercial free music streams and our sound quality if excellent! Half of their channels have commercials and they rebroadcast FM stations. You get commercials for free on FM, why should you pay to get that?!!

Thanks for the feedback!

Absolutely. Just call, or better yet, go online to www.sirius.com (save $10 on activation fee) and activate your unit. You will begin paying that day and when you do install your unit, you will have to call and have us resend the signal. This way you dont get billed for a full year!

Have a good Spring Break in Mexico. I will be in Daytona for the Spring Break Nationals. If anyone from Maxima.org is out, come see me.

Oh yeah, enjoy Sirius when you get it installed!

No, YOu cant get his show on any Satellite service provider. You can only get it on radio stations that are affiliated with the company he has his contract with.

KISS-LA is the only FM rebroadcast on XM. I keep hearing issues about Sirius sound quality, but have not heard it myself so I'm not judging. XM has 100 channels and the commercials are nowhere near annoying. I hardly ever hear them. So, don't compare XM to FM, that's not fair at all.

My preference was obviously tied to the fact that I had an Alpine HU and wanted an integrated system. Whatever people choose, XM or Sirius, you are going to wonder how you did without it for so long. I haven't even listened to a CD in my car, let alone FM since I had XM installed.

Free gear should just make it that much better.

KISS-LA....that is one too many!!! And if you hear commercials once a day on any music channel, that is too often!

You will NEVER hear a commercial on any of our music streams. That is our commitment to the listener!

You are right, though, satellite radio is awesome! I just wanted to point out one of the big differences in our 2 services. And, as I said, some people will prefer one service over the other because of the hardware they like, or already own.

Spread the satellite radio word and let me know if you have any friends that are interested in it!
