I have the MRV-F340, nearly identical, lower power. I mounted it on the back of the rear seat. I actually bridged it to power my front components, and I am very happy with it. Those V12's are some nice amps. I also have the MRD-M300 for my sub, also a very nice amp; tons of features to tweak with.

I have some pics here.

What will you be powering with it?

Your install looks good...you have a 5th gen, your seat folds down

I have a 4th gen, so no fold down rear seat

Im gonna be powering a pair of 6.5 inch infinity kappa components, a pair a 6.5 inch 2 ways in the rear, and a single JL 10 W3

Not many people buy the 5 channel amps. Not as easy to upgrade, if you so choose. So it's much more common to get like the MRV-F340/MRV-F540 and then a class D for the sub(s), like a MRD-M300/MRD-M500.
