Anyone had experience with k40, Escort.. please post some feedback.

I love my Escort SR1. But all the good detectors work fairly well. I'm in Va. so I had to go with an installed remote radar detector, and i will never go back to the windshield mounted ones again.

Teah...the SR7 is the new version of my SR1. You will love it.

 

First and foremost, I just need a radar detector/laser jammer that will be effective in intercepting police traps (front and back) before I get clocked.. the 'additional' functions (ie, bridge raised up ahead etc.) is not a big deal for me. If K40 does that, then I don't need to spend the extra few hundred dollars for the added functionalities.
