Does anyone have one of these in-dash changers installed

Has anyone bought and installed one of these Nissan 'fits in the pocket' in-dash changers?

I have one installed. Works great. Convenient to have the changer right in the dash, but I might have to move it due to an upcoming 'project'

My setup: Non-BOSE 1-DIN cassette headunit (Clarion made). The CD changer I installed is the 1-DIN in-dash style, with it's own display window.

There is a 8-pin DIN cable from the changer that plugs to the back of my stock headunit. Also, there are two connectors for power, illumination, etc. My 95 SE was prewired with the correct connectors BUT something wasn't right (my illumination of the changer was medssed up), so I used the supplied jumper harness and everything works.

Is it one of these Nissan OEM's, or is it a different aftermarket one?

I believe he's talking about the OEM one. I've had the same setup (OEM 1-DIN - Non Bose radio and 6 disc in-dash changer). Installation was a breeze and took about 1/2 hour total.
I've had it for over a year and works perfect. I have only one complaint and I don't know if it's just this model of CD changers or if they are all like that - it takes about 20 seconds to change from one CD to another. It doesn't sound like a lot of time, but it feels like it takes forever.

kushane's right, I have a Nissan OEM in-dash cd changer. My stock headunit and the OEM changer are both made by Clarion.

It doesn't change discs instantaneously but having it in-dash is way easier than having a magazine/catrridge-style tucked away somewhere, too inconvenient.

Disc changing is a bit loud and takes about 15 seconds or so. Also, I can hear the disc spin when I turn the volume all the way down but I am nevertheless happy with my setup. It also plays CD-Rs.
