Trunk Rattle/Dynamat Question.

Recently installed some nice audiobahn subs, and of course the top of my trunk now rattles. So I opened the trunk and pulled the carpet off the top of the trunk door. After doing this, I noticed it wasn't a relatively flat surface. I was thinking about putting a regular dynamat trunk kit in there before, but after seeing this I am a little undecided. Since the trunk door isn't completely flat would it help to spray some of this http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...&category=1498
and then apply the normal dynamat sheet?

I never had experience with that spray stuff but I was reading some other forum and they said they sprayed it behind all their door panels and everytime it got hot out, the stuff melted again and the whole car smelled like rubber -- i was thinkin about using that stuff but reading that made me think twice

I fat matted the whole damn trunk including the lid, then matted the backside of the carpeting too, just for fun. It's dead solid and keeps much of the noise in as to roll more silent like. When you heat it up the stuff is malleable.
