can a 97-99 bose radio fit and have the proper wiring in a 95-96, also can the programming board of a 97-99 be used in a 95-96 to fix the cd player

Yes. Plug N Play. I sold my 98 HU to a guy with a 96. It was up and running in his car in 20 minutes. Get the 99 HU if you can find one. It's the youngest and best looking of all the years. The 98 HU ain't so bad, either.

99 totallly different much better than 95-98. The 95-98 share the same design the 99 is all digital and the screen and buttons are larger.
