ok the rms power on the speakers is most likely 150 each, because thats how pioneer rates their subs usually... their peak power is 3 times their rms power, so u effectivelly need an amp that can push 150 watts rns by 2

When u say i need an amp that can push 150 watts by 2 u mean 150w per sub right?

Pioneer lists the peak watts for the sub not the RMS. Therefore, the subs will probably take around 150 RMS each. Therefore the recommendation of the JBL BP300.1. If you don't think that is enough, the JBL BP600.1 should be enough to power 2 10" woofers of any brand.
Here are some specs I found:
PIONEER TS-W29C 10-Inch 450 Watts Subwoofer
450 Watts Max. Music Power. 120 Watts Nominal Power Handling. Sensitivity: 90dB (1W/1m). Frequency Response: 20 - 4.5kHz. 4ohm Rated. Recommended Enclosure: 1.0 Cubic Feet
Therefore, 450 watts RMS will blow that sucka in a heartbeat.
Here are some specs I found:

You have the JBL BP300.1 right? How big are your subs and whats the specs? How long have you had the amp and do you think 300w is loud enough? I dont want something really really loud but i want somethnig noticable.

I have 1 12" kicker Comp VR Sub. It is rated at 150 watts per voice coil and it pounds!. You will not find another amp that is as powerful for the price. The only bad thing about the amp is that it has no remote gain. I bought a inline RCA one to solve that problem though.

what do you mean by remote gain, you mean it just doesnt come with a remote? how many watts rms is your sub?

By remote gain, I mean a way to turn down your amp. Sometimes I listen to sports talk radio and don't want my sub playing. Therefore, I bought a NV-22 from http://www.davidnavone.com/linedrivers.html. It is plugged in between my headunit and amp. works like a charm.
Speaker specs are:
power range 50-400 watts RMS (200 watts RMS per coil)
peak power handling 800 watts
