i personally never had mtx but a friend of mine is killing the neigborhood with two 12's. very nice speaker.

ill stay away from almost anything sold at circuit city or best buy. MTX is their brand.. im good on that stuff.. i heard it sux

yeah its affortable i got everything you see except for the cap and the optima yellow top battery for about a grand!....i was going to go with 2 12's but he was out of stock so i desided to get 15's...lol it knocks!! On of my buddies from work knows a guy that has kind of a show at his house really cheap stuff....

Juice, nice setup but im not familiar with that brand, looks like it could thump though, and what is the epicenter?

The Epicenter detects bass harmonics, then digitally recreates the underlying fundamental for the incredible punch and impact of live music. Simply, you get More Bass, LOUDER. That's all it does gives you more hard bass. I love my woofers...

If it rains I won't open my trunk lol, barely ever use it anyways, but a lil rain won't hurt anything that bad, if it gets wet enough in there I just will leave everything off till I can dry it out or it gets dried out.

I have 3 L brackets on each board, 2 on bottom and 1 on top. siliconed the bottom ones, but didnt have to do it to the top cause i drilled in a spot that was double thick and didnt puncture through.

Have 2 Kicker 12'' L7 Dual 4 ohm subs with Kicker Amp its a 1200x1 Mono Amp with a birth certificate of 1534 watts not installed in the car and is still brand new in the box never been used. If anyone is interested im looking to sell.

I wont post a Pic of mine because its not a Maxima, But when I get a chance, I Put one MTX Thunder 4500 in a Sledgehammer Box, with a 282 MTX Amp. That Thing hits so hard for just one its amazing.

Personally, I have two Thunder 4500's with a 421D Amp. Really Nice sound.
