I have a 99 SE and I want a TV. Any recommendations?

Hi, I have a 99 SE with stock Bose headunit. I want a tv in my car. I want the one with a lcd/dvd/cd player in one. I heard somewhere that i am better off not getting a motorized screen because the motor can cause problems in the long run.
I'm seeing touch screens these days but i really don't care about that. As long as i can have one unit that is capable of playing cd's and dvds. I've been looking at crutchfield but i do not want to spend over $1400.
Any suggestions? i prefer spending around $1000.. I'll even buy an older model as long as it's new.
Thank you for your input.

i was also thinking about the KENWOOD Excelon (KVT-911DVD) because it plays cd, dvd and also comes with UHF/VHF TV reception.. and also comes with a 2 year warranty...
But the pioneer AVH-P6500DVD only has 1-year warranty..

What exactly do you need to install the system? and what is a BRAIN?

a BRAIN is a seperate module sometimes the size of a playstation2 that u can put under your seat

this is needed sometimes becasue the tv has so many features or a more powerful amp then regualr headunits or dolby digital 5.1 sorround sound

thanx 2k2whitemaxi for the info.
By the way, my friend has a 2k2 max and his set of hids were stolen twice and he decided to replace it with 2k headlights to avoid anymore stress. Good luck to you and your hids and know that whoever stole them has it comming because what comes around goes around.
