Hey,

Does anyone have some diagrams or instructions for replacing BOTH the front and rear speakers on a '99 Maxima. The stock speakers blow and I've picked up some Infiniti Kappa Series. I've replaced many a speaker in the past, but I feel like I'm gonna crack the rear grill covers if I try prying any harder.

TIA ... Chris

Don't pry there should be screws holding down the girll covers and if not than they come off with the whole back lid. I am not verry fimiliar with 4th gen cars wait till someone that owns one tells you how.

It's a pain in the *** to get the rear speakers out. The grills are attached to the rear deck, so you have to take the whole rear deck out. You need to take off the back seats...unscrew them and unhook them o get to the rear deck out. If it is a bose, you have to bypass the little amps on the front speakers. Remember that there is a screw behind the door handle to get to the doors off.
