yeah at a 3/4 angle the car is loud, from the side.. rattles from the back bumper/trunk area. i like how 10's can play alot of music. one day maybe ill go to a big sub, but for now im very content. the thing is.. from far away people hear my system, but its nothing special. whereas if your in the car your like... wow, this is awesome. it just doesnt get loud on the outside which is fine, and i wouldnt mind it... if it didnt rattle so much. in my old car if you put your head in the windown you could feel bass which was awesome. with ym new system in my max, which is a better setup, you can barely feel it. i think im gonna put the seats down and ride out. its just anooying to put them back up because i dont want people seeing in and trying not to jack my system on campus or on my way home.

If turned heads from pretty far too, but I still dont know how it sounds within 50-100ft In side its still and thats all that matters. Just odd, thats all. Do you have any sound deaner installed?
As for the back seat, I only put down the large half on the driver side. Its easy to put back up, I just reach back and slam in shut I dont leave it down when its parked. I only put it down when im walking back into the car. Its kinda funny though, people trip out when they see you walk to your car and open the back door 1st and think your going in

yeah i used to do that but i got too lazy. plus when i have them up i miss the bass when its down. just put your system on and walk about 50 feet, i used to do it to gauge how my system sounded.... and how bad the rattling was.

Woodlawn Cabinetry definatly does a great job. I've used them before. Another guy who is really good and is cheaper is PeavyBass. He's on most car audio forums. He's cheaper but there's usually a few weeks of a wait.
