resealing speaker/woofer cones?
There's options...
1) Still under warranty? Contact the manufacture
2) Permatex Black RTV - It holds real well and is somewhat flexible
3) Try contacting some places that sell woofer rebuild or re-edge kits and ask them about adhesives - http://www.simplyspeakers.com/2doityourself.htm - http://www.speakerrepair.com/OCSrekit.html

I took pics of it, i think it would be better to just buy a new one but these models are discontinued. I could probably find some on ebay but im thinking that will not take long to end up in the same condition as this one. If anyone knows how i could repair this to make pound like it would when it was whole, i would appreciate it. I didnt even know it was damaged till i removed the box, i dont push it that hard and didnt hear any difference.

I'm not sure but can't you take it to like Tweeters and ask them to fix it? might cost a little but they could probably do it or know who can fix it. Please dont kill me for mentioning tweeter.
