Experience with JVC?

Well that time of the year is here, and I have a question for you all. I was wondering, in your opinion/experience, how is the JVC KDG700 headunit? Is it worth the $160 and will it be dependable? How does it compare to maybe an Alpine CDA-9827? Thank you very much for your help.

JVC and alpine should never be compared. if i were you i would spend that money on an alpine or a pioneer premier series.

I have a JVC Arsenal KD-SX8350 for 50 more I could've gotten the mp3 version. That's my only regret with that purchase. I like your selection and another thing I like about my receiver is the changer controls. I can control a 12 disk stacker and do direct CD selection. If you get a JVC I strongly recommend one from the arsenal series. I'm considering on buying this one for the mp3 feature and I'll be able to use my CD changer. CLICKY
