I was wondering what would be a good remote start and alarm for my 01 gle max? Which company is the best out there? Viper, Clifford, Crimestop, Bulldog? I really don't know which setups are good for my max all I know is that I hate the cold mornings and I need something that will inform me of anything going on with my car so the LCD is a must.

hey hey, i recomend anythgin dei (viper, clifford, python) all three are the same thing just packaged diffferently, ive got a python 881xp (same as viper 791) find it great, ive had no problems with it so far and the battery life is amazing.

Python 881xp, Viper 791xv, Clifford Matrix RS3.5...all basically the same thing. All DEI. DEI is the only brand you need to look at, forget about everything else.
