Wouldnt matter to me, provided someone is Physically picking it up. Although the theft protection would be useless for him...

i have a 15 inch eclipse titanium compeitition subwoofer bought it off my freind for 100 dollars he said he bought it for a thousand. 1500 watts RMS and 3000 Peak or so he told me i can even find a freakin big enough amp to power it unless i get into the Class D's that are compeitition amps. i have a 200 watt amp hooked up to it now. i had it laying around my house cuase this place down the street from me is going out of business so i got all new pioneer speakers and amps. with only 175 watts RMS going into that sub it still hits for some reason. i hooked it up to my freinds 421D mtx and it is so clear and that amp is only 250 dollars. looks like i only need a class D 400 watt amp. this sub is so loud ive seen videos in sound comps. and it pounds itself out of the actualy box.

It really doesnt matter how its paid for. An internet sale is not permitted in any way shape or form by Eclipse.

One more question, how much does the 5435 go for? And if I've only had the 2454 for about a month, how much would I be able to sell it for?

From your local dealer youd be looking around $1900

The 2454 should still be able to go into the mid teens depending on where you originally bought it.

Do you know of anyone online that needs one? So I can start thinking of selling it
