Some mirrors have a screw on the back which to tighten down. If not, you'll have to get a new mirror because that one is obvisiouly worn out.

Actually, in his case the mirror vibrates down, messing up the alignment. you can't help the mirror shaking, all mine vibrate like hell in my truck. If I have my system running no way I'd see a cop coming up behind me.

was their ever a doubt????

Actually we all start off knowing nothing. Had this subject come up 7 years ago... I'd been like I was just starting out then.

Find what you like to do... and try to learn everything possible. I'm only 22 and I have certification for Industrial Maint. Spent the last 4 years as a heavy equipment mechanic, and I'm working on getting ASE certification for serveral fields, and getting my associates in automotive engineering. And also have 7 years of stereo installation under my belt. Small list compared to some... but I never went to a college. Figure I'd let the military pay for my education.
