Viper replacement remote

I need some help from all of you Viper alarm people out there (don this means you too) I got my two way remote control wet and it is not working anymore. My dilemma is that my alarm is armed because I unlocked the car with my key and the alarm won't turn off since I can't unarm the alarm with my remote. I had to disconnect my battery and can't drive the car with the alarm going off. I went to Best Buy t buy a replacement but the were going to charge me $152 for a replacement two way remote with the lcd. Where can I get a replacement from? Thanks guys.

Im assuming this is a 791? Take it back to the dealer that you purchased it from, they should be able to Give you a replacement. No Charge.

As for driving, if the alarm is going off you shouldnt even be able to start the car. If so, something is wrong. Although to disable it..put the key to run, then press the valet button.

i think if you open the door leave it open put the key to the on position and hold the valet switch for 5~10 seconds it will disable the alarm.

You do not hold it. Press it once and let go as stated above.
