NP...you might have to play with the dash kit a little to make it look good. my installer had to make his own screws in the oem bracket to make it fit right.

I bought mine from sound domain.. something like $20 with shipping. It came with a template for making new holes in the stock brackets to get everything lined up.
Yours looks like it matches up better as far as the lines go than mine.

The Schoshe kit fcking sucks ***. The holes it tells you to drill are wrong. It does not work with Eclipse CD players either, we sanded forever and it still didnt fit right. We could not eject cd's. It is a waste of money. It might work for others but IMO it is a POS. Go OEM or go home.

Dude, just get the OEM kit. Anything else will invariably cheapen the look of the interior, something I would hope that you'd wish not to do after shelling out +1k$ on a DD unit...

The sheet for the holes didn't seem to line up where it made any sense so I never used it. I didn't know about the GXE trim when I ordered mine. It was a lot better than the kit I got with the stereo, however I don't like how it looks, and I'll be replacing it with the GXE trim shortly.
