If you put your crossovers where the bose amp would be you have to run 4 sets of speaker wire (2 per side). I suggest mounting the crossover in your door or let them be in your kick panel. You can remove the entire metal bracket and hot glue the tweeter in place in your A-pillar.

Ugh, 4th gen, right. So tired.

There is also room where that big foam block is on the door panel. Use some metal strapping to mount it on the door and pull off the foam block from the panel.

Yes, should be. Get the upgraded stuff from Home Depot, not the craft "low heat" kind.

Metal strapping...pretty flexible, about 1/2" thick, comes in a roll about 6 inches in diameter. Has holes in it every 1/4" inch

I want to install my components too I've a non bose. I've two stock wire going to tweeter and the mid. ( I know both wires are not connected to together.so I can't install the crossover there)
if need to how I do get the new rewire speaker wire in to the door? drill a new hole or put it thought the rubber harness cover

You have to through your kickpanel to get the wire out of the car. Once you get it outside you can slit the boot and run it into the door.

Or, if you're good, you can isolate the speaker wires before they go through the molex plug in the kickpanel itself...tap there and leave your crossovers in the kick.

I do installs for orgers, for a fair price, and you're local...food for thought...

in the 99 ive drememled out enough of where the factory amplifier sits and was able to place the aftermarket JL audio crossover into each door for the front components. If you dont mind taking a trip down to ct ill help you out if you get stuck

screws... Just make sure the screws are short enough so it wont puncture your windows splash shield.
