I need a decent amp

I need a good amp to go with an Alpine CDA-9851

any suggestions?

my budget is very low, it's set to run 2 10 inch subs

yeah, but do you know a ballpark figure that you want to spend on this amp? we can't really recommend anything without knowing how much you're willing to spend.
