Trunk space

Can someone tell me the measurements of a 03 maxima's trunk? I'm currently not in my home state so I can't measure it myself.

Thanks in advance

What exactly are you trying to do? Fit the biggest sub box possible?
Ive fit 40w x 18h x 12d in my own, coulda gone an inch or so bigger which will give you bout 4.5 cubes before sub displacement, but much bigger wouldve meant not fitting it through the trunk's opening.

Food for thought - you can make the box a lot bigger if you assemble it in your trunk, vs assemble it then try to fit it into the trunk.

i removed my spare tire and placed my 12" r type with enclousure and bolted it down in there and built a wooden level surface and carpeted it flush to the top of the sub.. throw a girlle on the top of it and you have all the trunk space you need

He doesn't want a small box, he wants to know basically how big of a box he can fit, so thats not the issue.

I just measured for my subs. Looks like:
Whole trunk from front to back: 42"
width: 40" while still inside wheel wells
The cutout into the backseat: 4" deep, 13" high, 25" wide
Hope this helps!

No spare?

I like the idea of having full trunk space, but what do you do with your spare tire?

The cutout for the backseat is only 4 inches deep at the bottom. At the top, it's 1 inch deep.
