How are you burning it? You cannot just transfer the files from one to the other, you have to use an application like ImgBurn.

 

^^^^^Well im trying to burn it on Nero, i went to avic 411 and they have links to piratebay and first off the iso takes hours to DL so i walk away from it and come back to find that it stoped for whatever reason. Finally reburned it, then uncompressed the files then tried to burn again. Then my burner also doesnt want to acknowledge the D L dvd half the time. Ive been at this roughly 2 weeks now.
Finally said screw it an checked ebay but none has it... says others but no d3's on there. I didnt think this was going become such a project, ive never burned a dvd before this.
Maybe i need a dL dvd burner? I saw that mentioned once in one of the forums if thats true i dont have one and dont want to buy one so i can burn ONE dvd?

Hey guys was wondering if anyone could help me find these wires on a 97 max
1. Car speed signal wire, I'd like to tap the wire on the ECU so i don't have to rip the dash apart
2. reverse signal wire - again prefer somewhere more proximal to HU so i don't have to run the wire all the way back. After reading the factory manual I think its the Green/ white stripe wire.
3. Is the illumination wire R/Y or R/L?

Got the AVIC-D3 installed last week. Parking break and mute wire move fixes worked great. The only problem is that the maps are F'ING OLD! My 6 year old neighborhood isn't there. What are you guys doing about upgraded maps? I know you're not paying $250 to Pioneer...

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but though I'd post up hoping someone can help. I have one of these installed with the BT adapter and Ipod control in my 2000 Maxima SE with Bose. As a couple of others mentioned, it's quieter than it should be. Is there a way to adjust the factory amp? Are there any settings I need to adjust on the HU in regards to SW settings, etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Did you use the 70-7550 or 70-7551 harness?

 

Think I got it figured out, I have the 7551 I think. The better of the two, with the RCA's/harness. Bought a Scosche line out converter, just haven't installed yet.
