I know im bringing this thread back up from weeks ago, but i didnt want to open up a new thread....

Im thinking of getting the Kicker PKD1 Amp wiring kit for my Arc FD4150 and FD1200.1 Amps....

will this be ok for the 2 amps? Im also wondering if I will need speaker wire since im thinking of housing both Amps in the trunk...

The FD4150 will be running my interior door speakers...

yep, would work fine. Theres someone selling 20ft of 1/0 Kicker hyperflex wire on caraudio.com for 60 bucks right now (which is the bulk of that kit's cost). You should jump on that and just get some distroblocks/small 4 awg lengths for each amp, would save you a good amount of money.

And yes, you'll need a good amount of about 14-16awg speaker wire if you're running a 4 channel..

You could do 9-wire quick cable, but with the equipment you'd be running, its worth upgrading. (quick cable is only 18awg, and then goes through stock wiring, which is hardly 18awg as well).
