How is that P90X? A buddy has a copy. Been thinking about trying it out.

 

go for it. i was a skeptic for the longest until i tried out that ab ripper workout. i'm sorta hooked. i just finished doing the arms, shoulders, and chest workout. i can't lift my arms past chest level at the moment. it kicks my *** each and everytime i workout.

 

I did the P90 and it was pretty brutal. I tried some of the variations within the P90x, they show both during the video, and I was whipped. I say go for it, but be prepared to be sore.

 

Kevin, the group of us are thinking about going to NY for New Years. I will give you a call if we decide to shoot over for the day. It really all depends on how bad the weather is if we go or not.

Sucks. Last week we determined half our dept will be off so we decided to close up shop and the rest of us work from home.

Been doing this since Friday.

 

I wish I could. I will be riding with relatives if we do end up going, I know they wouldn't be interested.

 

If it weren't for the $129 round trip tickets we get, the trip wouldn't be happening. I like visiting that cold, just not living there. BTW, it is 70 and sunny in Gainesville.
