no need for photoshop if you're still using XP. there's a plugin that lets you resize images very quickly. it's one of Windows power tools. once you install it, you just simply right click on the image and select resize.

resizing in photoshop isn't bad either. batch process is your friend

Yea, I have the powertool installed.

However, It doesn't allow for custom pixel sizes. And IIRC, the pixel size required for an av is not one of the canned sizes the powertool uses.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

Don, be there in an hour or so.

Got a couple tools, shirt, some cash and gift cards. All in all, pretty successful.
