kenwood DPX-4010...

i was juss lookn around for a new HU, and the kenwood DPX-4010 caught my eye, only cuz its $120ish for a double-din....anybody know anything bout this HU and how BADLY it sucks or doesnt....cuz my friend telln me kenwood HU's suck so juss need sum feedback....if its decent, might hook it up.....he also said Clarion is prolly 1 of the best but w/ that comes a lot higher price tag

Most major brands are good except maybe for Sony. Clarion, Kenwood, Alpine, Eclipse, JVC, etc are all good brands. Tell your friend he doesn't know what he's talking about.

so Maximadave, ur sayn that it would be worth the $120 or so? cuz i want more power and the stock HU isnt giving it to me

i just recently got a kenwood-4011s and im really happy with it.. got a damn good deal of ebay for it and im really impressed with the feaures, and the radio quality is really excellent id say.

An aftermarket deck will put out a little bit more power than a stock deck....if you think it's worth the extra $120.00 then do it. It would sound even better once you add an amp later on too.

$120 for the Kenwood DPX-4010 is a steal . . . is it used? Those HUs retail for about $400. Go for it!!!

im guessn its prolly refurbished cuz i juss checked the site and says recommened price 4-5bills....ill check on it though
