Installdr

I recently went to the web site and tried to access the section for nissans. All the files for nissan cars are missing. So I can't read the how to on installing a new head unit. Does anyone happen to have the pdf file saved?

i could do you radio in literally 20min, but explaining stuff over the net is really tuff sometimes. Better that you get instructions/diagrams from another installer site. Or you can ask Sprintmax, i know hes got all the hook ups for tech info with nice pics

Well I search for how to take the dash out. I found that but weren't that clear. I don't really know about wiring though. I know I need an adapter for the Bose, which I ordered already. I assume that this is a fairly easy task. Do I just need the Bose adapter or do I need an antenna one as well, cause I read that other people needed one for there HU's to work. I'm installing a Pioneer DEH 7400 and a Rio Car mp3 player.

You will need an antenna adapter to sum the two antenna signals into a single signal that your aftermarket deck can use. Also the Nissan plug is a two prong plug and all aftermarket decks use a single pin Motorolla Type jack.
