Car speakers what do you use

Speakers what do you use
I am getting ready to put my old head uint from a former car into my new Maxima I uesed to have a 91 Stanza my head uint is a P9200R and I have a 400 watt Rockfordfosgate X400.4 Amplfier I don't want to get any subs just right now what I mainly want right now is very good mid and high I love classical music what speakers do you guys use and what do you recomend with this amplifer I know Infinty has good speakers but are there any brands that might do just as well at a lower cost any help would be a big help

And are Vegas a good brand

I have A 1990 Maxima GXE no bose Active Speakers

Don't you want to hear the mid to low sounds of a symphony piece? That's what a quality sub can do for you.

Anyway, you can always build that piece into your system down the road. Infinity components are good for its overall quality and price. On the other end of the spectrum, Focals make components that hit highs with superior clarity that is difficult to surpass.

I use Rockford Punch 500a4. Stay away from Sony Amps, they generally are horrible at pushing half decent systems.

What is your budget for speakers?

The best set of 6x9 speakers that I have ever owned.. Where the old Boston Acoustics RM9's.. They sounded great in every aspect..

Boston Acoustics are ideal speakers for classical music.
Though I don't think that's in his budget.

Opps I forgot about that, they were kind of expensive.. I think they ran over 300.00 just for the 6x9s, but they did have a very clean sound, even without an amp running to them they were crisp..
