Guys...Need help quick....

I need o decide like in the next hour, to go with either Pioneer or Kenwood speakers for my new system...

My friend can hook me up with either the Kenwood KFC - 1687. which are 3 way, 50 watt RMS, and 200 max watts.... or
Pioneer TS A1661, which are also 3 way, but only have 35 rms and 160 max...
Which ones should I go with....I have a Pioneer 6100 HU, and a JL 500/1 powering 2 MTX Thunder 6000 12's.....

Which brand is better, cleaner sound ???

RMS Power is usually the value that's most important. Or has it really been this long since I've studying car audio?

anybody else agree with Kenwoods ??? I listened to both sets, actually, they were the model lower....but the Pioneers seemed to sound cleaner and higher ....the Kenwoods seemed to have more bass...which I dont want out of my speakers, b/c I have the subs....Any more opinions, my friend is calling me very soon.....

when i got my 2 way 6X9's, i realized they sound a lot clearer since they are used more for voice now but the base was dropped compared to my bose stock speakers....but once i get the subs, they will do their full purpose
