Tweeter Replacement

Has anybody replaced there tweeters in there car with better ones. I havent taken the panel that the tweeters are in apart so I don't know if there is room for other ones. I would like to put some in there b/c it looks cleaner than mounting then some where else.

trust me, I wouldn't touch your tweeters, coz they play fine. i would deff add an amplifier. You'll hear how they play! More expensive tweet mean harsh sound or vise versa smooth, which needs to be used with particular midbasses (same set), If you wanna change the whole set go with rainbows, also I have MB quarts for sale!

i've heard that the vifaxt25 are good tweeters, some say they are better than focal, rainbow, quarts, that high end stuff. i've never heard them in person so i can't vouch for them, but they are cheap. the only thing is they may or may not fit in the space you have your current ones.

but i agree with mike, if your going to replace the tweets, you have to replace the mids also.
