understeer!!! help!!!

i just added a the progress rear sway bar to my 00 max and i get more understeer then i previously did when i didn't have it on. my current setup consists of tokico illuminas, tein s-techs, stillen front and rear strut bars, and progress rear sway bar. my struts were set at 4 all around but i chaged it up to 5 up front and 2 in the rear. this helped with understeer quite a bit but not enough. any suggestions? maybe adding a stage II front tie rod from matt blehm Co. to stiffen up the front more?

Wow. You have a lot of things to work with. First I would try setting my front struts to their softest setting and the rear struts to the stiffest setting. Next set your tire pressues to 35 psi all the way around. Then test your cars performance. See how bad/good your car performs. and go from there. Next I would go +5 psi in front and -5 psi in the rear and/or stiffen the front shocks.

The way to setup a front drive car is to lossen up the front and stiffen the rear. Your tire pressures will affect your traction an responsiveness.

RSB causes oversteer, not understeer. You can counteract the RSB with an LTB, which will bring it back to slight understeer, depending on your other suspension/tire settings....
