Ye Sqard, my uncle says he does not owe you one dime. It is your responsibility to send him back his headlights without any fees. You have to understand Sqard, the only solution for you not to get charges brought against you if Kevlo so chooses is to send him back his tailights, or pay him for them. That's the only way you are going to get out of this.

My uncle said it is better to give up now, instead of having to possibly goto court and have to pay a TON more trying to defend yourself.

So in other words... Don't be an ignorant fool and send him the taillights back.

I read the whole thread and couldn't believe the logic applied here by Sqard. Totally illogical to receive $200 back and yet hold out for another $10 in shipping plus harness.

the guy is so wrong, that sucks and if it wher me and he was within driving distance i would break that dudes legs. well not over 200 bux but i would bring a bat.
if everyone in his family is a lawyer, he should know that he needs to have just grounds to be making demands like that, ie proof of an agreement,just as much as he is demanding that you show proof of insurance etc..
and that bending matters to suit your own needs after the fact, doesnt fly anywhere. and since youve got no proof of an agreement stating that upon using Kev's instructions on how to make the tails work then he would be liable. but i dont think you did. and its pretty retarded to just assume that kevlo would take such a huge responsibility and put it into your hands as a ****ty modder.
