Personal checks via checking account generally has better fraud protection/coverage than Paypal's pitiful excuse for fraud protection. I've tried twice to regain funds sent via paypal when sellers didn't deliver goods, and never got my money back on either occasion, even though I'm a verified member with alot of transactions....
My bank, though, will refund my money if goods paid for with a personal check are not delivered....

i wish DHL had tracking numbers to offer....wtf is wrong with a shipping company that cant track packages....
i gotta get these on my car today too....
i have two seperate people coming to my house tomorrow at 5:30 to buy my sawblades/tires. im gonna get them into a bidding war lol
this is a dumb question, but do you think i will need to get them balanced?
or can i just slap em on in my parking lot with my jack ?

before you do that please make sure you inflate the tires before you slap them on, just in case you forgot. But you can slap them on and give it a drive. If it wobbles or what not you can drive it to a mount and balance place. When I had them on my car they were fine, but that was a winter ago so...
Good luck on the bidding war.

alright i got em and put em on. look great, the rims are the exact condition he presented and the tires seem new (other than about 500 pebbles stuck in the treads)
when im driving theres a shimmy, but im sure a balance will fix it.
anyway all is well. the transaction was positive and i can vouch for the honesty of maxmus_x for any future transactions.
thanks mike
