sparks03max - issues resolved. all is good.

MODERATOR EDIT: The situation/miscommunication here has been resolved with all parties involved. The problem was due to a glitch using Paypal and all parties have been paid their due money/products. It appears to have been an honest mistake/oversight and shouldn't be held against sparks03max on future transactions (just make sure paypal is working well!).

im writing this to let everyone know that sparks03max is trying to rip me off so don't do any business with him. on april 1st he sent me 47 dollars via paypal for 2 clear and 2 smoked sidemarkers. here is the tracking number-(0307 3330 0001 2419 5346-usps.com) and on april 7th he sent me 90 dolllars for some tinted taillights that he said he was going to remove the clear coat and paint. i sent them out the next day but i cant find the tracking number anywhere because i think i threw the paper away and i deleted all my messages before from when i sent it to him.does anybody know if i could get it threw usps? anyways, i do have proof that he received my taillights, http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....9231&highlight= , those are the taillights i sent him. and since the taillights were somewhat heavy he said he would send me an extra 20 dollars and he sent it through paypal but it was an Echeck or something like that that he canceled payment on.so anyways today i went to buy something and tried to pay for it and my balance was -$132.34 ,he did a chargeback on both of the payments.basically trying to say that they were unauthorized.i sent him a message earlier today and he was on after i sent it and he never wrote back.so i sent paypal the tracking number i have, now i need to find some proof to prove i sent him the tails.

Check my thread about Hammy. He also did the same thing man and since it was a returned or canceled payment we cant open a dispute either. If you read thru my thread theres a link for the ic3 (fbi on internet crimes) . Make sure you document everything you do man to make it better on you and also contact his local pd to let them know.

PM sent to scarface, my .org stays logged on about 24/7, even when I'm not home, that's why I didn't respond earlier when you said I was "online" during your PM.

Just as a FYI, I did not know that paypal had also seized these funds. The PM I got from scarface and greeny that was sent a few hours ago (while I was gone) was the first info I've heard on this.

If I was scarface attempting to resolve this issue, I would give the party more than a few hours on a sunday afternoon to respond before posting a thread with such a bold accusation. The fact that I was logged on is irrelevant considering I leave max.org up on my laptop 24/7 anyway.

that's fine. If you are not contesting the fact that he sent you the goods, and that paypal did a chargeback, please just re-pay him again and all will be good again.

btw, the moderators can tell the difference between you being logged on and you being physically active on the forum...

and yes, it is a "bold accusation" that seems justified at the moment, pending the situation being resolved.

Well good, then you can tell I just got home and posted my response within about 5 minutes of becoming active again on the forum.

The issue was with paypal freezing funds for a couple of other payments that I DID contest, and it seems that they also froze scarface's funds.

As I stated in his PM, I need to send him a wiring harness that he left on one of the tail lights. If paypal doesn't give him the money back, then I'm going to put a money order in with the harness.

At the moment paypal has frozen my account as well, I think due to sparks03max's address not being confirmed.

paypal still hasn't released anybody's funds. thelaw has agreed to wait and see how it turns out atm. I just don't want to send you a money order, then paypal release your funds, and you have almost 300 bucks of mine, then I have to get you to pay me back.

FYI, this happened to me with another .org member for a small amount of money... and he sent me a money order to settle the funds. When his paypal account was unlocked (mine was still unlocked, but they subtracted the initial payment from my balance) the funds were not sent over, the buyer would have to send the funds over again.

I know it sounds really confusing, but basically paypal will not re-send the funds, you have to send them again. So, you should be good to send him a money order without worrying about paypal sending the money twice.

Just as an update for everybody other than the involved parties, payments were sent out last monday may 12th. The Law was nice enough to respond back when he recieved it on thursday, but I have yet to hear from scarface about 5 days after he should have recieved his money order.

You (scarface) were so impatient as to send me a PM on a sunday afternoon, then make a post about it before I even got home that evening (a whole 5 hours between the PM and the SCAMMER!!! post....), but when I ask you nicely to let me know when you get the money order, I don't hear from you at all.

Although I'm sure you feel that this issue is solved (for you), it is not solved for me. Everybody on this forum that considers doing business with me is probably reading this thread and seeing that it's still screaming "sparks03max is a scammer" when that's VERY untrue.

If I had known you'd be so impatient and unwilling to get this fixed BEFORE making a post such as this, I'd never have done business with you.

Now that it's proven that I'm not a scammer, it should be fully documented by the party that made the accusation (scarface).

If one of you mods could please PM scarface and get him to at least let us know that he got his money and this is all resolved, I would really appreciate it.
