Custommaxima experience

I have made two purchased from them, both to my satisfaction.

First purchase was clear corners, AE shift ****, and license plate frame.
Shipped to me within 2 days (besides one item not in stock). License plate was of poor quality, rusted after a few rainy days. Lesson learned, I'm gonna get stainless steel next time.

Recently I purchased chrome gauge rings. Arrived 1 day after I ordered! I live in MA, so I am close to them, but still is nice to get it in one day =)

Make sure you call first to verify that it is in stock.
Overall I would rate them 8/10, and would buy from them again.

Thanks for the compliment and for the same heads up I always give to our customers: If you want to know for sure if something is in stock, simply give us a call. The updates to the website coming soon should help out with the status of parts as far as whether they are in stock or not.
We have alot of satisfied customers and it's nice to see one of them posting here!

ps: Better quality plate frames coming in any day directly from Nissan. more expensive but much higher quality.

My car is at Proline body shop. I needed Z3 Metal fenders as soon as possible to be sent to Proline. I called Custommaxima yesterday at around 3:30pm and spoke to a customer service rep. Heres how it went down.

Me: Do you have Z3 Fenders?
Custommaxima: Let me check. Yes, we do.
Me: How long might it take for me to get them?
Custommaxima: A few days, Its at the warehouse.

I then told him my situation and how I really needed the fenders as soon as possible and to be sent to Proline.

Custommaxima: Please hold a sec.

A few seconds later.

Custommaxima: Fenders are being packaged. I will go and pick them up and send them out today. You should get them by tomorrow or at the latest Wednesday.

Tom, at Proline called me today before noon, telling me he has received the fenders and quote "they look beautiful" Thanks Custommaxima! MAJOR THUMPS UP!!!

custommaxima is a great vender to some and the pits to others.

I personally have nothing bad to say about them. They have helped me out with questions that i had before the purchase. But i have read other threads that other members having bad experiences.

Custommaxima isn't that big in a sense of other dealers say like stillen or MOMO. But i do respect the prosparity of the company.
