this definitely makes me think twice about buying the A'pexi air filter/adapter from them...

not a good way to run a business and now they've lost a potential customer too...

Yeah, even for a sideline biz their customer service is lacking. I've been trying to pay them for over a month for a MAF adapter. No responses.

You guys should FORGET about Frankencar for intakes and order from BERK TECHNOLOGY

they have better/lighter made intakes and cheaper price...

they also have k&n filters and apexi filters...

File the claim, if the car's undriveable it's gonna be so for a while. If Paypal does nothing, just dispute the charge w/your CC company and they'll take car of it w/o any hassles. They prbs. don't have the intake in stock at all. Then order from Berk, he'll get your intake to you in a matter of days. Good luck

Yeah, I emailed a few times about my intake and never got a reply. But I finally got it on monday. It does take a while. I ordered mine Aug. 18th and got it Sept. 13th. Installation was easy and I love the sound of it. I guess my suggestion is if you really want it, just expect to wait a while. If it's been months, that would be another story. Just my 2 cents.

well i called them last friday and the ysaid they will ship the intake the next day which was saturday. well today is wensday and i still didnt get the intake. but at least i got through. i called them again to see if they shipped but all i got was the voicemail inbox. i guess it takes more than 3-4 days to ship to california 94541. how do they usually ship their products for those that ordered from them? usps? fedex? ups? or another way?

mine was shipped by USPS. MY guess would be at least a week to cali from the date they shipped it. if they shipped it that day! their customer service is nonexistent.

Complaining about Frankencar
I ordered a complete intake for my car about a month ago; I started calling them and emailing them a week later to check on the status as per they charged my credit card the very first day I ordered; never got an answer at all, I kept calling/emailing for 3 weeks almost every day and finally Steven told me his co-worker was shipping it that day; I waited another week making a total of about a month and nothing; started calling again with no answer, so got no choice that to call my credit card to start an investigation and get my money back as per they might be out of bussiness or who knows. I hope they don't play smart and try to charge me some money for cancellation or restaking fee as per never got anything. I hope Berktechnology starts making intakes for the 4th generation as per their quality is way better and better prices and great customer service. Actually he is asking if we want him to make intakes for 4th generation, so please reply to that thread wich is on the 4th gen classified. Frankencar is the worst place I ever try to buy from.

I am waiting on Berktechnology to see if they are going to make the intake for 4th gen; in case they won't make it I'll get back to you; by the way the midpipe is coming by itself or with the silicon coupler, reducer, etc.. and how much are you asking?
