Experiences at the stealership
So today I go to the stealership to get the rear subframe recall done, and I also ask them to check out my front struts, but then I am told that my warranty was "canceled" through the manufacter!!! And just to "visually inspect" the struts, it would cost me $101!!! So, i'm like no thanks and just do the recall for me. And I drop off the car at about 7:45 a.m. and the lady tells me that it's a 5-6 hour job and there are already a few cars in front of me, so I could pick it up around 5:00 p.m., and I was alright with that. So I leave and I get a call from them at around 1:00 p.m. saying that my car was ready! (that was the only thing that was good about the visit) So I go and pick the car up and my seat is re-adjusted x 10 and the steering wheel is all retarded and I still can't get it back to "my" settings(lol i'm **** as some of you probaly are as well about my "settings") And then I noticed that they "washed it." I get home and try to get rid of the "spots" that were left from them not dryin it and I have to vigorously scrub at that s*** with windex and window cleaner and the outlining of the spots are still on my windows! And it's funny because I work as a porter at a Chevy dealership and we hand wash and hand dry the cars, and if not then we use spotless water....meaning it dries spotless And then theres NISSAN that has big *** washing machines and they can't even dry the f**king thing?! So ya, i'm about done now and these were all petty things in a way, but you'd expect more since it's NISSAN damn it!!!!!!! What are your personal experiences at the stealerships?!

Experience 1) Went into the stealership and asked them about my squeaking clutch pedal. After a short test drive, I was quoted $4000 for a new clutch assembly. Mind you, my car only have about 23,000 miles and the clutch grips perfectly fine.
A little bike grease onto the clutch line by myself, the squeaking was gone.
Experience 2) I complained about my shimmy, and they swore it's because of a tire balancing issue. To date, they still haven't touched my car for it. Considering I only have about 2mm of rubber left above the wear bar, I will leave the issue until I get new tires. The car does not shimmy very bad, so I'm sure it's just a balancing issue.
Experience 3) My grill started to peel, and the seat belt light was coming on even though I was clipped in. Both of these issues, the stealership actually finished under warranty.
Overall, I'm not very impressed with the general service from my Nissan dealer, and I'm sure glad I didn't waste $2000 on the extended warranty.

1800-NISSAN1, is the phone number. Never heard of a warranty being cancled through the manufacturer in my life. Only thing I can think of is maybe either you have mods, or one of the previous owners did and at a certain time that it was brought in, the warranty became voided. Either way give that number a call.
