Berk Technology....

I ordered my intake over a month ago with an apexi filter for my 03. I still have not recieved it. I call and get recordings about how the number is temporailary out of service. No response from e-mails either. The only thing I have ever got from them is a e-mail saying filters are on back order. Understandable, but I dont want to wait a month! I want my product!

Berk is on here, i believe his name is CobyMoby or something like that. Hes always been very responsive and helpful and supportive of the max community, so something must be up. try PMing him.

Have you recieved your intake yet? Or at least a response?

I wanted to order a Berk intake for my 02 Maxima but with all the negative post kinda push me away from ordering one. But I took a shot and sen an email Monday 10/23/06 and got a respond on 10/25/06 and made the order on 10/26/06 and today 10/31/06 I got my new Berk Intake with the Apexi Filter.

When I called on Thursday to make an order, a lady picked she answer my questions and Friday I called and talked to Bryan and gave me my tracking number.

I called them less than a week ago to order one for mine and I was told they are on back order for 8 weeks. Maybe I need to call them back.

I actually ordered my intake via PM...Bryan gave me directions to pick it up from this small shop about 15 miles from my house...and I just pay them...well the day came to pick it up...so I went and it wasn't there! I told the situation to the shop owner...he called Bryan...and he resolved the issue immediately....I actually met up with him later that night...and bought the intake no problem... for BERK TECH!

I've had about 3 intake experiences with Bryan in the past and all went perfect.

I don't know why its taking so long to get your products. Cobymoby is his name. Honestly, Bryan is a straight up guy. See if you have better luck using PM.
