Stillen doesn't back there product

I'm a manager for a Nissan dealer in NJ. I recently purchased a front lip spoiler from stillen for a customer who loved the way it looked on my car. The technician installed it to exact spec. as per instructions. A few days later customer came back with lip spoiler in hand. The tape didn't hold first off and the side piece crack off. We checked to see if the car was hit in anyway and no signs. I must uphold my service obligation its the right thing to do for our customers. Stillen refused to take ownership. They claim its not there fault.
I've used Stillen products before at my previous dealership until they sent me a defective pair of lowering springs and refused to warranty them. I end up going to another brand and stopped using them.
Stillen doesn't back there products they are completely unreliable.
I felt the need to share this with you

That's sad
Just tape on the lip?
Most use screws don't they?
Maybe that's just the ones worried about theft..

I can see why they feel that way..kinda
If the part arrived fine then they can chalk it up to installer error
