No, I had that quote. But it was also for the reinforcement and other little things. That is why I said no more tehn. Also, your color is easier to match so it should be cheaper.

To make you happy, you should find a good shop to do it under 300.

Does the bumper need to be replaced?, if not, then 200

Actually, expect to pay around $400 if you want a quality job because i know they will have to put a flex additive in the paint for the bumper.

$250 is the going rate for a 4th gen rear bumper. Keep in mind these are smaller than 5th Gen bumpers. Also $250 is granted that there are no repairs needed, not even a scrape. Add $10 for each scrape and $30 for each crack. Anyways a 2-stage paint will run you $250 for the rear bumper, $350 for the front (due to masking and more intricate removal).

I wish I still ahd the estimate my body shop gave me. My rear bumper needs to be replaced, but I was fixing other stuff and didn't have the cash at the time.

I believe it was around 4-450 or so...at a VERY good bodyshop. It also depends on whether you need the rear fenders blended, and whether you just need the cover or you need some of the stuff underneath as well.

I would say the range would be 300-550...no more and DEFINITELY no less.

Well guys. I have been given a great price of $150 because of connections. So once I get a new bumper I will be visiting him.

Oh, so you mean the cost minus parts? The cost I stated would be with parts.

Be careful about deals and hookups man...lots of bad paint work out there. 150 minus parts might be ok though...

Flex additive is added to paint on certain parts to make it less likely to crack on flexible parts like the bumpers on the Maxima.

2k3: I know about Body Werks. When my '02 got tagged last year, I shipped it to Riverdale which is a lot closer to me. In fact, I'll show you the before and after pics.
