after hours of lettin the car sit.... if i dont let it warm up and drive off right away the engine would be hesitant and then eventually run just fine. Even when on idle later that day it may stutter sometimes too. Within the last month it has turned off on me. Am i gonna have to ALWAYS let it warm up before i head out? im in miami so i cant be that bad. i was told that it might be the oil thats too thick since my last oil change. whats the best recommended oil to avoid this problem?

 

In most cases people use 5w-30. Since you live in Florida 10w-30 should be fine.

 

C'mon, It's not the oil. You have other engine related problems. Dirty TB, intake, ECTS, IACV? Sensor issues? Any codes?
Unless maybe there's 60 weight racing Valovline in there?
