2002 maxima driverside low beam wont work

2002 maxima driverside low beam wont work
just got this car and driverside low beam wont work..... changed the bulb checked the fuse and the relay also checked the power at the plud only have it for high beam .....out of ideas ....anyone got any ?????

Originally 2002 and 2003 came HID bulbs from the factory. The problem might be with a ballast which in regular case is below/under the light. Bulb replacement won't simply work.
Check the ballast to see if you get any output on it.
Are both of the lights not working or just one?
