replacing flasher relay...

my dealer wants the car for 2 hours to replace the flasher relay.... Ummmm, isnt that the socketed relay clearly accessible from the side of the fusebox?

oh no...

the dealer thinks my relay is up IN the dash. and needs to take my dash apart!? tell me this isnt so...

with my lights on,

my emergency flashers squeal like a pig. You can kinda hear it with turn signal, but mostly with flashers on.
