7" and 6.8" fit fine in 4th gen headrests.. and no offense but i wouldnt try doing this alone if its your first time and you're reading directions online. you'll probably end up with messd up headrests

and the wiring you'll have to run through the seat and make a tiny hole for it to come out at the top where the headrest usualy sits

Its not that hard to do. As long as you have some sort of knowledge about electrical stuff. I just put in two 5 inch tv's last weekend, and was surprised how easy it was. I would show pics but I don't have a digital camera. Just "search" for directions, thats how I figured out how to do it.

wiring them up will not be hard the "hard" part is installing them in the headrests in a good clean way...and not mess up the headrest...I was scared to do it so I jsut did a 7" wide scren fold-down instead

Its not too hard

a little trick I use (and Ive done a few installs, including mine)
use some of the foam you cut out or tissues to beef up the edges so that the clamshell or headrest trim rests flat against the headrests, because sometimes the trim is flat and the headrests curves. It looks alot better and clean.
